At The Drake Center, we know the time you spend with us is valuable.
Occasionally, our clients may experience a longer wait due to an emergency or urgent appointment that requires immediate attention. In these cases, we try our best to accommodate our clients by offering a drop-off exam, taking care of any medications that need to be refilled or even transferring the appointment to another doctor in the hospital. However, a long wait should never be the standard experience.
We want our clients to know our staff reads every online review of our hospital carefully and we take all suggestions to heart. With that in mind, we are happy to announce that our team is currently working on some changes that we hope will result in shorter wait times for our clients and their pets.
